In person at the Cumberland County Election Office during regular business hours, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.Register by Mail
Forms to register by mail are available at all Cumberland County post offices, libraries, state liquor stores, municipal buildings, and party headquarters.Voter Eligibility
To be eligible to vote, you must be at least 18 years of age on or before the election in which you with to vote, and be a citizen of the United States for at least one month, a resident of Pennsylvania, Cumberland County, and your election district for at least 30 days. You must re-register to vote if you move or have not voted at least once during the last two calendar years. Voter registration is complete when you receive a Voters Identification Card from the County.Polling Locations
